Well, Greetings, my brother Michael, it's great to be here with you today.

Michael Klett: 0:42

It is fantastic to be here. It's been a while since we've been into the studio feels good to be back back in the saddle and microphone stuck in front of my face?

Vince Vasquez: 0:51

It does, it does.

Michael Klett: 0:52

So you know, let's just jump right into the show. No sense messing around. Brother. Why are we here?

Vince Vasquez: 1:01

That's a question that can you know, that can go many directions. But why are we here? Why? Why are we

Michael Klett: 1:07

why are we sitting in the seat today?

Vince Vasquez: 1:09

Yeah, exactly. Why am I sitting in this seat in front of this microphone on this radio station? And also, why am i It's because of where I'm at on my faith journey. You know, brother, my God was I was raised a Catholic from the cradle. I was taking the church frequently, not every Sunday. But frequently. My grandmother instilled some deep religious beliefs in me and that spiritual head of our family, and my religion, and my faith has always been very near and dear to me, and important in my life. But just rest assured that you're in great company, a lot of the saints, in fact, probably all of the saints have gone through those dark nights of the soul and experienced those things. So you're in great company. But let's go ahead and you were you were mentioning your addiction. Let's go ahead and get back to that and tell us about it.

Vince Vasquez: 2:28

And I kind of realized I had a problem. And I was able to what we say put the plug in the jug. And I didn't open that jug for a long time. It was actually a little over 11 and a half years. Okay. Then there was a call it that fateful trip to Las Vegas. It was family weekend in law's sister in law's brother in law's we're all going to be there. And on the way to Vegas. I told my wife, I says, you know, I'm going to have a drink when I get to Vegas. And she says what? And I says, Yeah, because I'm not an alcoholic, I don't have a drinking problem. How could I be an alcoholic? How can I have a drinking problem if I haven't dr
