Deacon Steve: 0:35

Hi, everyone. This is Deacon Steve Greco. Hi, atop the tower of hope and beautiful Christ's cathedral. And back by popular demand. We have Katie Hughes, welcome back to the show. Katie. Wow, the Holy Spirit is going in the Holy Spirit. The crowd goes wild. And we're gonna we're going to talk about one of your favorite subjects, which is healing. And Jesus wants to heal us. Jesus says, I am here to give you abundant life. And how do you get abundant life? Will you get abundant life by being healed spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically? Again, not every time we pray? Will there be physical healing, but every time we pray, there will be some type of healing. There'll be emotional healing, there'll be a spiritual healing. There'll be a blessing of some kind. But why is opening up our heart to receive healing and the title of this show is seven steps of healing. Why is opening up our hearts to receive healing so important?

Katie Hughes: 1:42

For our listening audience that don't have a clue necessarily on John 1412. Why is that Scripture so important? By the way, it is amazing to me how little we hear of John 1412. So tell us please, what that Scripture is, and why is it so important?

Katie Hughes: 2:34

Okay, this is not direct out of the Bible, because it's not in front of me. But basically, John 1412 says, you will do what I do, and even greater things than these. So John said that there wasn't enough basically enough papyrus for him to write on about the miracles of Jesus

Deacon Steve: 2:58

at the end of his book. Yeah, you know, he says, I could go on forever and ever, there's not enough,

Katie Hughes: 3:03

right? But then, okay, so that has happened, John says that, and then Jesus says, You're gonna do even more and greater works. What is that he rose himself? Well, the Holy Spirit rose himself from the dead. But the sames Holy Spirit that rose up, Jesus rose up Lazarus, that he'll delay the lepers, conversions, all of that in Jesus's time is the Holy Spirit in us. So he we can do I mean, I can't even fathom like, there's miracles that haven't happened yet, that we can do because he said, We'll do even greater wor
